Terms of Service
When booking an appointment with Moor Eye Care we will take a £25 booking fee. This is refundable up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from your final bill once you have completed your service with us.
Payment for services
By booking and attending an appointment at Moor Eye Care you agree to make complete payment at the time of service. For procedures such as cataract surgery, payment will be taken at the time of booking the procedure.
Moor Eye Care participates in many insurances provider programs. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage and any cost that are to be covered by you as a member of the program. In the event that you are not covered by your plan, you are responsible for covering any cost that has been incurred. If we do not participate in your plan we are happy to give you an invoice so that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Moor Eye Care takes your privacy very seriously. We use your personal information that you provide us for the purposes of:
Providing you with medical care which includes contacting you regarding your appointments, test results, and other related medical issues. If you would like us to be able to talk to someone else on your behalf please indicate this at the time of registration for an appointment.
Administration and Billing services, including submitting claims to your insurance company.
Marketing Purposes; sending you emails, text message, or post regarding products and services we offer. If you prefer not to receive information from us simply tell us at your next appointment or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing information will have no effect on your ability to obtain services from us.
Medical Research or auditing purposes. If you do not want us to use your data for research purposes, please indicate this at the time of booking your appointment.

Your Insurance company
An Electronic medical record service or other practice management software companies to store your details. These companies are in compliance with GDPR regulations.
